Q: How do I book with you?

A: Once you’ve read through the ‘About Sol Collective’ page, you’ll see a button at the bottom that says ‘Complete Digital Consultation’. Here, you’ll have two options:

  1. We’ll start with your digital consultation form to get some essential information about you, for your future appointment. If you know which New Client service works for you, you will be able to book immediately.

  2. You aren’t sure what to book, and feel like you need some guidance. After completing your free digital consultation form- you’ll receive an email with all the information you need for what, and how to book within 24-48 hrs

My books are open 2 months at a time, with the following month opening every 1st of the month.

Ex: On May 1st, June's availability opens up. On June 1st, July's availability opens up.


Q: Should I come with clean hair, and no product?

A: Please come with your hair down, fully dry, and detangled in it’s natural state.

• I want to see the results of your current styling routine. This will help me troubleshoot any issues you're struggling with. Style your curls to the best of your ability

Air dry, diffuse, or use a hooded dryer.

If you choose to air dry, please make sure that your hair is 100% dry before the time of your appointment.

Q: How do I reschedule/cancel my appointment?

A: All appointments must be managed through Vagaro. Existing, and approved new clients also have access to my client only app. There, you can manage appointments, and more!

Q: Do you cut kids hair?

A: I do not work with children under the age of 16. I will be happy to give you recommendations!
